Influencer Collaboration Interest -- Customer Communication Policy

Overview:

We welcome interest from influencers who wish to collaborate with Brands For Less. As a customer-first brand, we believe in meaningful partnerships that align with our values, style, and community.

To streamline collaboration requests and ensure they are reviewed by the appropriate team, we have a formal process in place for all influencer-related proposals.



Customer Communication Guidelines:

When a customer contacts Customer Service (via email, chat, WhatsApp, or in-store) expressing interest in a brand partnership, influencer collaboration, social media promotion, or content creation, agents must respond with the following:

Standard Response (Email / WhatsApp / Chat Template):

Hi [Customer Name],

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Brands For Less! We're always excited to explore potential partnerships with creative and passionate influencers.

To proceed, we request you to kindly fill out our Influencer Interest Registration Form so our Marketing team can evaluate the proposal and reach out directly if there’s a match:

Important Notes for Agents:

  • Do not share personal emails or direct numbers of Marketing or PR teams.

  • Do not promise or commit any collaboration terms or timelines.

  • All requests must be routed via the above form.

  • No follow-up is required unless the Marketing team reaches out.

  • If the customer requests a faster review, politely inform them that the form is the only channel for collaboration consideration.


Escalation Matrix:

If the customer is a verified celebrity, government official, or previously worked with BFL – escalate to: santhosh@bflgroup.ae with subject “Influencer Interest – Priority Escalation”.
