Global Items: Shipping & Returns Policy (CSA Reference Guide)

To support our CSAs in assisting customers with clarity, please refer to the details below regarding orders that include Global Items (products shipped from outside KSA): 


Shipping & Delivery 

 

Delivery Mode: 

  • Orders containing Global Items are only eligible for Standard Home Delivery. 
  • Store Pickup and Collection Point delivery options are not available. 

 

Shipping Charges: 

  • A Global Shipping Charge will be applied at checkout when the order includes Global Items. 
  • This charge is non-refundable, even if the item is later returned. 

 

Returns & Refunds 

 

Return Process: 
 

No change from regular items: 

  • Customers can return Global Items at the store. 
  • Or schedule a return pick-up via courier — both options are free of charge. 

 

Refund ETA: 

  • The refund processing timeline remains the same as per our standard policy. 

 

Important Note: 

  • While the item is eligible for return and refund as usual, the Global Shipping Charge will not be refunded. 

 

CSA Tips: 

  • If a customer asks about extra charges, explain that Global Shipping enables access to more products shipped from international locations, and the charge covers those additional logistics. 
  • Reinforce that returns are still convenient and free, just like local items. 
  • Always double-check if the item is a “Global Item” before confirming delivery options.
