Account Deletion Policy

Customers can permanently delete their Brands For Less account directly through the mobile app.


Account deletion cannot be done via the website and is irreversible once completed.


Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Once deleted, no data, purchase history, wallet, or loyalty points can be retrieved.

  • No return, refund, or after-sales support can be provided after account deletion.

  • Deletion is only possible if there are no active orders or return requests.

  • After deletion, the customer cannot log in or perform any account actions.


Steps to Delete Account (App Only)

1️⃣ Open the Brands For Less App
2️⃣ Go to Account
3️⃣ Tap Your Profile
4️⃣ Scroll down and select Delete Account
5️⃣ Read the confirmation message carefully and tap Confirm / Yes to proceed


CSA Guidelines

  • If a customer requests deletion via chat, email, or call —
    Advise that account deletion can only be done via the app.
    ➤ Reconfirm the customer understands this is permanent and irreversible.

  • Ensure the customer has no active orders or returns before attempting deletion.

  • Once deleted, we cannot recover any details, transactions, or loyalty balances.


CSA Spiel

I understand you’d like to delete your account.
You can do this directly through the Brands For Less App by going to Account → Your Profile → Delete Account.

Please note, once deleted, your account and all related details will be permanently removed and can’t be restored. Also, any pending orders or returns must be completed before deletion.
