The Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) or similar multi-buy offers (e.g., B2G2, B3G3) allow customers to receive one or more items free when purchasing the same number of items from the eligible collection.
These offers follow Brands For Less’ bundle pricing logic, not individual item pricing.
The highest-priced item is paired with the lowest-priced item,
the next highest with the next lowest, and so on.
Discounts are distributed across each item based on proportional value within the bundle.
If a customer buys two quantities of the same item without any other B1G1 items, they will receive one item free (equal discount applied).
Items purchased under B1G1/B2G2 offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers cannot create a return request from the app/website for B1G1 items.
Customers can:
Cancel the full order before shipping, or
Refuse delivery (RTO – Return to Origin).
Once delivered and accepted, returns or exchanges are not possible.
This policy is clearly mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
No return or refund should be offered for INDIVIDUAL ITEMS OF B1G1 orders unless there is a genuine issue such as damage, defect, or broken item.
If a customer wishes to return, they must return both items from the offer (or the entire order, if applicable). Returning only one item from a B1G1 offer should not be accepted unless there is a genuine issue (like damaged, defective, broken, unusable etc.)
Always review the issue carefully before offering any resolution, and proceed only if it meets the genuine issue criteria.
In exceptional and genuine cases (e.g., item received damaged, defective, or wrong), a return can be accepted following the same process used for non-returnable items (such as undergarments).
Key Points:
Customer can visit the store with the item and receipt.
The store team will verify the claim and, if found genuine, process the refund accordingly.
The refund amount will be proportionate to the discount percentage received under the B1G1 bundle logic (not full item value).
Such exceptions must be reviewed carefully and accepted only for valid, verified cases.
If customer can't visit store, CSA can create return on behalf of customer on Clickpost (or via ticket to LMT in regions where CP isn't enabled — Oman, Bahrain)
When processing a return for one item from a B1G1 bundle, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Add the original prices of both items.
Total Original Price = Item A Price + Item B Price
Step 2: Calculate the discount percentage.
Discount % = (Cheaper Item Price ÷ Total Original Price) × 100
Step 3: Apply this % to the item being returned.
Discount Amount = Item Price × Discount %
Step 4: Calculate the Refund Amount.
Refund = Item Price − Discount Amount
| Item | Original Price (AED) |
|---|---|
| Item A | 169 |
| Item B | 23 |
Total Original Price: 169 + 23 = 192
Discount %: 23 ÷ 192 = 12%
If customer returns Item B (AED 23):
Discount = 23 × 12% = AED 2.76
Refund = 23 − 2.76 = AED 20.24
🟩 Refund should always be proportional, not full item price.
Clearly inform customers that B1G1 items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If item is defective or damaged, raise a return request manually with a note for proportional refund.
Never promise a full refund for B1G1 items.
Mention that refunds are based on offer price calculations, not original prices.
The Buy 1 Get 1 offer follows our bundle pricing logic, where the discount is distributed proportionally between the paired items.
Please note, items purchased under this offer are not eligible for regular return or exchange once delivered.
However, if you’ve received a defective or damaged item, we can help by raising a return — and the refund will be calculated based on the offer’s proportional discount.

Spiel for CSA — Responding to customers about Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) order pricing or bundling concerns
Detailed :
I understand your concern, and I would be happy to clarify how the Buy 1 Get 1 offer works.
For B1G1 promotions, the system automatically pairs the highest-priced item with the lowest-priced one in your order — this ensures the offer applies correctly. That is why, at times, you may notice the discount applied to the lower-priced item instead of a 50% split or a free identical item.
To get the best value from this offer, we always recommend adding items of similar prices in a single order. This way, the discount is evenly balanced across both items.
And if you would like to get one of the same items free (for example, buy 1 and get 1 of the exact same product), please make sure your order only includes those items of the same price, so the offer can apply correctly.
I hope this helps clarify it a bit — we want you to enjoy the best savings possible with our B1G1 deals!
Short :
The B1G1 offer pairs the highest-priced item with the
lowest-priced one in your order, so discounts may vary.
For best results, we suggest adding similar-priced items in one order — that way, the offer applies more evenly!
