Changed your mind? No worries! You can easily remove an item or cancel your order right after placing it, as long as the cancel option is still available on the app or website.
To cancel your order, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to MY ACCOUNT and view MY ORDERS.
2. Click the "Cancel Order" button next to your order, choose the reason, and hit save.
3. The refund for the canceled order will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
4. Please note that depending on bank procedure, card refunds will be reflected within 7-14 banking days, while wallet refunds will take 24-48 hours to reflect.
