Payments may fail for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card details [e.g., card number, name, CVV, or expiry date]. 
  • Insufficient funds in your account. 
  • Expired or invalid card information. 
  • Temporary bank outages or connectivity issues. 
  • Process interruption (e.g., refreshing, closing the page, or pressing back) during payment. 
  • A failed connection between your bank and our system. 
  • Your card is blocked for online transactions.

If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a payment link to retry the transaction. If the retry is unsuccessful and the order gets canceled, you can place a new order and select a different payment method to complete your purchase.
